"Ine Mankai" is a major brand of Mukai Shuzo that overturned the concept of sake with its vivid red color and sweet and sour fruit-like taste using ancient rice (red rice). Brewed with red rice from Ine Town and the rich sensibility of female Toji Kuniko Mukai, this sake has a beautiful hue reminiscent of rosé wine and a charming fusion of acidity and sweetness that is hard to believe comes from rice. The name of the rice used is always added to the end of the product name, such as "Iwai Kurabu" or "Kamenoo Kurabu." To draw out the characteristics of each rice variety to the maximum, even the brewing methods are finely changed for each variety.
