"Yamanohikari" is a carefully brewed brand by Hirata Shuzojo. By daring to use "Hidahomare" with a low polishing ratio of 90%, it brings out the powerful umami and deep taste inherent in the rice. The slightly dry and classical taste increases in fullness when warmed, not to mention when cold, and is an excellent match for meals. It is also certified as "Made by Hida Takayama" as "Hida no Hana Yamanohikari."
