It is a sake created by the students being involved from the beginning to the end of sake brewing, and the cooperation between local educational institutions and the sake brewery.
It is characterized by the gorgeous and gentle scent unique to flower yeast and a fruity taste, realizing a sake quality that is friendly to the younger generation.
