It is characterized by careful brewing with small-batch preparations (750kg total rice) and unique individuality fusing Noto-style brewing techniques with Nada's terroir.
Harmonizing gorgeous ginjo aroma, complex scent passing through the nose, and solid deep umami, it boasts a rich and umami-filled sake quality based on aroma and umami.
Using 100% Hyogo-grown sake brewing rice, it develops a diverse lineup utilizing the individuality of rice such as Fukunahana, Gohyakumangoku, and Yamada Nishiki.
