"Kazutoyo no Tsuma" is a brand named after Chiyo, the wife of Yamauchi Kazutoyo, as there is a theory that Chiyo was born in Gujo Hachiman. A bronze statue of Yamauchi Kazutoyo and his wife stands in Yanagimachi Ichinohira, Hachiman-cho, Gujo City, and they are loved as historical figures of Gujo.
Bojo
"Bojo" is the flagship brand of Hirano Jozo, named by the second generation in memory of Ju, the wife of founder Kichibee Hirano. Ju was known as a person who devoted herself to others and society, and inheriting that spirit, the brand aims to be a sake that heals drinkers and makes them smile unintentionally. Using "water from the village of Kokin Denju," it is a secret brew of Okumino Gujo Yamato characterized by an elegant sweet fruity aroma.
Gujo Ikki
"Gujo Ikki" is a brand named after the large-scale peasant uprising that occurred in the mid-Edo period, conveying the history of Gujo to the present.
Gujo Odori
"Gujo Odori" is a brand named after the Bon Odori dance designated as an Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property of Japan, embodying the traditional culture of Gujo.

Genbun
"Genbun" is the representative brand of Hara Shuzojo, named after the founding era "Genbun 5." Using locally grown Gifu rice and well water from the Mt. Hakusan system, it is characterized by all-quantity natural flower yeast brewing, using different natural flower yeasts (chrysanthemum, azalea, abelia, queen of the night, etc.). Mikasa Bandai
"Mikasa Bandai" is the trademark brand of Kuno Shuzo, characterized by a unique original Daiginjo created by blending multiple distinct Daiginjo sakes. Mikasa Bandai Daiginjo is known for its dry and sophisticated taste, while the winter-limited "Hatsushibori" is known as a unique product containing natural cloudiness and sediment. Through careful brewing by a small-scale brewery with a history of about 290 years, it achieves a profound and savory mouthfeel.
Korin
"Korin" is Chiyogiku's organic Junmai Ginjo and organic Junmai sake, using 100% JAS organic certified rice (grown in Kuwabara-cho, Hashima City, by Aigamo farming method without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers). Characterized by an elegant ginjo aroma and a rich, smooth taste, it is highly rated as an environmentally friendly organic sake. Also called "Gin Korin," it is a brand that achieves both environmental friendliness and quality.
Chiyogiku
"Chiyogiku" is the brewery's flagship brand, a traditional brand established by the ninth generation Matakichi in the Bunka era (mid-19th century). The lineup includes Junmai Daiginjo "Kinkaku" and Daiginjo "Kohaku-ume," characterized by traditional flavors continued from the 19th century using groundwater from the Nagara River.
