Hananoharu Shuzo

Hananoharu Shuzo Co., Ltd. is a long-established brewery in Naruto City, Tokushima Prefecture, founded in 1814 (Bunka 11) with a history of over 200 years.
Located in Muya-cho, Naruto City, it has continued sake brewing with the aim of making sake loved by everyone as Japan's national liquor since the middle of the Edo period. For over 200 years since its founding, with 'Quality First' and 'Onko Chishin' (learning from the past to discover new things) as its corporate mottos, it practices sake brewing loved by people by fusing traditional techniques and new techniques.
In the environment blessed with a warm climate called Naruto and high-quality water sources, while protecting techniques backed by a long history, innovations suitable for the times are also incorporated.
It is a historic brewery that has walked together with Tokushima's food culture through community-based sake brewing.
