Kotobuki Shuzo

Kotobuki Shuzo is a brewery located in Tomita, Takatsuki City, Osaka, boasting over 200 years of history in Settsu Tomita, known as one of Japan's oldest brewing regions.
While respecting tradition, they possess an extremely innovative spirit, having started the first craft beer production in Osaka and being the only local shochu producer in the prefecture, leading a multifaceted brewing culture.
In their sake brewing, they pursue a harmony of rich rice umami, a surprisingly clean finish, and a lingering floral aroma, earning high praise as a modern food-pairing sake that complements any dish.
