Yamanaka Shuzoten, founded in 1805 (Bunka 2), is a long-established brewery boasting over 200 years of history in Joso City. Located on the banks of the Kinugawa River, they have continued brewing sake in a rich natural environment.
Since its founding, consistent with the gentle brand name "Hitorimusume" (Only Daughter), they have maintained an attitude of brewing sake carefully as if raising a beloved daughter.
