Masterfully utilizing this delicate water, the 5th generation owner and Toji, Nobutaka Matsui, brews sake characterized by an incredibly soft texture and a lush, transparent clarity.
The brewery is highly acclaimed both domestically and internationally, winning gold medals at the Annual Japan Sake Awards and numerous honors at the IWC and Kura Master in France.
