Kiyokami Shuzo

Kiyokami Shuzo was a brewery that once continued sincere, community-rooted brewing in Iwase District, Fukushima Prefecture.
Its name derived from the brewer's pure aspiration to achieve a quality as clear as a "pure mirror" (Kiyokami). Although it is unfortunately now closed, its traditional brewing techniques, utilizing Fukushima's rich water and severe winter cold, were once loved by many locals as a cup that graced their gatherings. Within the history of brewing nurtured by the Iwase land, its passion and stories continue to be passed down as precious fragments of memory.
