Inheriting the traditional techniques of Echigo Toji amidst downtown buildings, they continue sincere sake brewing entirely by hand.
In addition to their main brand "Kintora," they have recently developed a new brand "Kohen," which stands for "change and evolution."
They also focus on initiatives that fuse local history and culture with modern sensibilities, such as collaborations with the Nagoya Omotenashi Bushotai (Samurai Performers).
