A small family-run handmade brewery brewing "Haru no Mine" in the land of Koka.
In the rich nature overlooking the mountains of Suzuka to the east, the 5th generation Kuramoto Toji, Shigeya Tanaka, directs sake brewing almost alone.
Using all local rice and spring water from the premises, practicing careful preparation with the spirit of "Wajo Ryoshu" (Harmonious brewing makes good sake).
The charm is the gentle taste that conveys the warmth of the creator, making use of the blessings of nature as they are.
