Inata Honten is a long-established brewery representing the San'in region, boasting a history of over 350 years, founded in 1673 (Enpo 1).
Based on the philosophy of "connecting the bonds of people, rice, and water," they develop sake brewing that fuses tradition and innovation, including the representative brand "Inatahime" derived from Princess Inada appearing in the myth "Yamata no Orochi," the refrigerated sake "Top Suirai" released ahead of the rest of the country in the early Showa period, and the modern concept "IKU'S." They are also focusing on sake brewing using Tottori's unique sake rice "Goriki," which was revived for the first time in about 40 years, and continue to transmit the charm of the region.
