Using mainly suitable rice produced in Ehime Prefecture such as "Shizukuhime" and "Yamada Nishiki," it brews carefully with traditional techniques. The flagship brand "Yamatan Masamune" takes its name from combining the "Tan" of the shop name "Tanbaya" with the sharp finish reminiscent of the famed Masamune blade. Nurtured by the mild climate and climate of Imabari, it is a cup that stays close to meals.
