Morita Shuzo

Morita Shuzo is a brewery located in the Bikan Historical Quarter of Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, utilizing the historic townscape and groundwater from the Takahashi River system.
Against the backdrop of Kurashiki's commercial culture dating back to the Edo period, they brew quality-focused sake using Okayama's Omachi rice.
While inheriting the traditional techniques of the Bitchu Toji, they also participate in innovative initiatives as a member of Okayama ZARU (a young brewers' group), fusing tradition and innovation.
The flagship brand "Mannenyuki" is cherished locally, expressing eternal purity and whiteness like never-melting snow.
