Kokusan Sake Brewing is a historical brewery in Nishinomiya-go of Nada-Gogo, located in Nishinomiya City.
Originally "Kakushin Heijiro Shoten" in the Meiji era, it was a large-scale brewery producing about 10,000 koku with 10 breweries before the war, but lost most of it due to war damage.
Reorganized in 1948 after the war, it made a fresh start as "Kokusan Sake Brewing" and currently manufactures "Kokusanichi" as Daiginjo, inheriting the pre-war "Kokusan" brand.
The representative brand "Nadajiman" boasts quality worthy of the pride of Nada-Gogo, brewed with carefully selected highly polished sake rice and famous water Miyamizu.
While inheriting the traditions of Nada, it continues sake brewing bearing the history of recovery from war damage.
