Hakusen Shuzo is a long-established brewery in Kawabe-cho, Gifu Prefecture, continuing since the late Edo period. In a nature-rich area where the Hida River flows, it used to brew mirin and shochu, and since the Meiji period, it has also brewed sake. The flagship product "Fukuraijun Hon Mirin" protects traditional methods and is additive-free. Sake such as "Kuromatsu Hakusen" is also carefully brewed with the clear water of Kawabe-cho and skills inherited for generations, offering a taste loved for a long time.
