Takashima Shuzo was a sake brewery located in Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture, which is now closed.
In the past, they brewed the brand "Juhai" using high-quality large-grain sake rice called "Mishima Omachi," which had been cultivated in the Mishima region since the Edo period, along with pure underground water from the Ayagawa River.
It was one of the breweries that carried the history of traditional sake brewing rooted in the region, but unfortunately, its history has come to an end.
