It uses local terraced rice field rice and is a Junmai Ginjo Usunigori Namagenshu (lightly cloudy unpasteurized undiluted sake) without any additives.
It features a fresh mouthfeel with slight effervescence and the original juicy sweetness of rice.
The alcohol content is slightly lower, making it easy to drink, and it is a bottle recommended for sake beginners as well.
