Toyokuni

Toyokuni (豊久仁) is a brand of Toyokuni Shuzo (豊国酒造), an alternative writing of a name expressing "a prosperous land".
The fifth-generation owner serves as the Toji (master brewer), and all sake is carefully brewed using the funa-shibori (vat-pressing) method, with a sake-making approach that remains faithful to the character of the raw ingredients.
The sake has a matured taste developed through in-cellar management and refrigerated storage, and it is the product of brewing techniques poured in by human hands.
It is a brand that, while upholding the tradition that has continued since the brewery's founding, embodies Toyokuni Shuzo's aspiration toward a prosperous land.
