"Amatoro" is Nagatorogura's proud non-alcoholic Amazake (sweet sake), born by utilizing Chichibu's traditional Koji-making techniques. Using no sugar at all, it features a melting natural sweetness drawn only by the power of selected rice and Koji. A nutrient-rich drink also called "drinking IV drip" where brewing wisdom from the Edo period lives, it can be safely enjoyed by everyone from children to the elderly. A health-conscious fermented beverage unique to the brewery, delivering healing to people visiting the scenic spot of Nagatoro.
