Characterized by a deep taste brewed by Iwate Prefecture rice and Nanbu Toji technology, and delicate sake brewing by female Toji Yumi Ohno. The balance of rice umami, gentle sweetness, and appropriate acidity is good, and compatibility with meals is also excellent.
