Tsuchida
A new brand launched by the 6th generation owner, characterized by its complex, full-bodied profile and rich aroma. Defined by a unique style that utilizes the traditional Kimoto method, zero additives, and table rice (Hanabishi), it is specifically designed to expand and deepen in flavor when served warm. It represents a bold, contemporary reinterpretation of ancient brewing techniques.
Mizubasho
The signature brand of Nagai Shuzo, crafted with premium Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo and locally grown Kawaba rice. Using pristine water filtered through the Oze highlands, it is characterized by an elegant, fruity aroma and a flavor profile that captures the essence of natural beauty. The high-quality lineup, led by their exceptional Junmai Daiginjo, has earned widespread acclaim throughout Japan and beyond.
Tanigawadake
Named after Mount Tanigawa (1,977m), one of Japan's 100 Famous Mountains, this brand expresses the majestic power of nature. While categorizing as a dry (karakuchi) sake, it maintains a harmonious balance with a subtle, gentle sweetness derived from the soft brewing water. With its crisp finish and excellent versatility with food, it is a sake meant to be enjoyed across a wide range of occasions.
Hanaichimonme
A Junmai Ginjo meticulously designed with a lighter 14% alcohol content for effortless drinking. Brewed with the "Wakamizu" rice variety, it features an elegant, floral aroma and a beautifully gentle flavor profile.
Numatajo
A brand named after Numata Castle, the historic landmark and symbol of Numata City. It represents the brewery's deep respect for local history and their commitment to preserving regional culture.
Sadaijin
The flagship brand of Otone Shuzo. Its name originates from the late Heian period legend of Fujiwara no Kuniyori, the second son of a high-ranking minister (Sadaijin), who was exiled to this region and became known as the "Sadaijin of Oze." The brand offers diverse expressions, including the "Oze no Shizuku" series crafted with pure mountain water and the exquisite "Shizukuzake" (bag-dripped) Junmai Daiginjo.
Akagi no Kanbai
A brand featuring motifs of Mount Akagi and winter plums. It is no longer in production due to the brewery's closure.

Seiryo
The brewery's traditional flagship since its founding, named with the character "Ryo" (嘹) to signify "receiving pure sacred sake." Deeply cherished in Maebashi, it attracts a wide range of customers with its soft, clear flavor profile derived from the Tone River's underground waters. While maintaining this classic heritage, the limited-edition series "Machida Shuzo" has recently sparked intense interest nationwide, spotlighting the innovative spirit of the 5th generation owner-couple.
Washi Izumi
"Washi Izumi" is a community-based brand of Otaki Shuzo that has been familiar locally for a long time. Nurtured by the climate of Musashino and high-quality water, its flavor features a simple yet solid strength at the core. A bottle making you feel the scent of hometown, which has continued to walk along with the regional food culture as a daily evening drink.
Kokonoe Zakura
"Kokonoe Zakura" is the flagship brand representing the crystal of tradition and technology of Otaki Shuzo. As sung "The flower is Sakura (cherry blossom), the sake is Kokonoe," it features a gorgeous aroma like cherry blossoms in full bloom and deep umami overlapping in layers. The delicate yet powerful flavor created by careful handmade brewing richly fills the drinker's heart.
Kinmon Sekai Taka
"Kinmon Sekai Taka" is a premium brand boasted by Koyama Honke Shuzo and a masterpiece representing Saitama's local sake.
