It is known as a pioneer who commercialized "Kijoshu", a luxurious method of brewing sake with sake, for the first time in Japan in 1974.
It used to be a purveyor to the Navy, and now inherits the challenging spirit of the third generation, Mr. Toru Enoki, to "make sake that no one has ever tasted," and focuses on aged sake brewing that receives worldwide acclaim.
