Utilizing the pristine water of the upper Yoshii River and the rich natural environment of Mimasaka, they brew quality-focused sake using Okayama's brewing rice.
While inheriting traditional Bitchu Toji techniques, they develop unique brands expressing the region's terroir and history, such as "Musashi no Sato," linked to Miyamoto Musashi, as well as "Shiraume" and "Chuko."
