Arimanishiki Shuzo, boasting a history of over 130 years since the Meiji era, is a brewery embraced by the nature-rich environment of Okumusashi, located at the entrance to the "Hanno Alps" in Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture. This region is blessed with rich forests and clear streams, and it has passed down brewing that maximizes these natural benefits through generations.
For brewing water, the lifeblood of brewing, it uses underground water from the Nariki River in Okumusashi. It pumps up clear natural mountain water from the mountainous area, rare in the Kanto Plain, directly from the underground vein, and this pure water is the foundation of Arimanishiki's dignified sake quality.
The flagship brand "Arimanishiki" was named after the Arima River flowing near the brewery. While protecting history and tradition, it values flexible sensibilities adapted to changing times, developing a wide lineup from Ginjo sake to regular sake that can be enjoyed daily. Harmonizing with rich nature, it is an honest, community-rooted brewery that continues to stay close to local drinkers.
