Yukisuzume Shuzo is a sake brewery representing Ehime Prefecture, founded in 1915.
Aiming to brew sake called the "King of Taste," they use carefully selected high-quality rice and underground water from the Ishizuchi mountain range. In the early Showa period, when sweet sake was still mainstream, they were the first to release sharp dry sake to the world and gained a lot of support. Since then, as a pioneer of "Tanrei Karakuchi" (light and dry), they have continued to brew sake loved across generations.
