"Kikusui Shuzo" is the only brewery in Iida City, established in 1944 (Showa 19) by the merger of 37 brewers in Southern Shinshu.
Sticking to underground water from the Central Alps pumped up from 100m underground and sake rice from Nagano Prefecture, they brew sake utilizing the nature of Southern Shinshu.
In addition, they continue to support the local food culture by developing a wide range of products such as not only sake but also shochu, liqueurs, and cider using apples from Southern Shinshu.
