Ebara Shuzo Honten has been brewing sake in Yabase, Kotoura Town, Tottori Prefecture for about 140 years since its founding in the late Edo period, immediately after the Meiji Restoration.
Using abundant and clear underground water flowing from the Mt. Daisen system, it features a refreshing yet deep taste. "Hakuyosho," which represents the brewery, conveys the wish to be a sake that will be loved for a long time like the sun in this place once called Hoki Province. Sticking to handmade, they continue to protect the traditional taste from Daiginjo to ordinary sake.
