Kawabe Sake Brewing

Kawabe Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. is a brewery established by the merger of five local breweries due to the Business Reorganization Order during the war.
In the land blessed with the rich natural environment of Inagawa, the unified brand "Hanagoromo" was named with the wish "to become the king of flowers in the sake world, like the cherry blossoms blooming in Inagawa."
Once, it conducted in-house brewing, but now, Eigashima Shuzo, a major brewery in Nishinada, is in charge of brewing, and Kawabe Sake Brewing handles brand management and sales.
Utilizing the rich natural regional characteristics of Inagawa Town in the southeastern part of Hyogo Prefecture, it continues to protect the tradition of sake brewing rooted in the local community.
