八幡の米と皿倉山系の地下水を使用し、すべての工程を手作業で丁寧に行っています。寒造りに適した環境と伝統的な技法により、繊細でバランスの取れた味わいを実現しています。
地元の食文化、特に海産物や北九州の郷土料理との相性が良く、食事を引き立てる酒質です。「清夜の吟」「風の吟」「天の宙」などの派生銘柄も製造しています。
