Kumezakura
"Kumezakura" is a representative brand from the time of its founding, named after the cherry blossom "Kumezakura" in Yonago Castle. Currently, it is brewed by traditional Kimoto brewing at the foot of Mt. Daisen using in-house cultivated sake rice "Yamada Nishiki" and Tottori Prefecture's unique "Goriki," etc. The sake created by rice and water nurtured by the rich nature of Mt. Daisen and cool air has clean acidity and a deep taste with condensed umami of rice. It is a perfect bottle for food sake that can be enjoyed in a wide range of temperature zones from cold sake to hot sake.
Kamidai
"Genryu Doburoku Kamidai" is a miracle doburoku born from a closed school. The biggest feature is polishing with a rice polishing ratio of 50%, which overturns the general concept of "doburoku." As a result, a one-of-a-kind sake was completed, where a very clear taste with no miscellaneous taste, the original sweetness of rice, and the refreshingness of slight sparkling coexist. While leaving the richness unique to doburoku, the aftertaste is surprisingly light. It is a new era doburoku that can be recommended not only to sake fans but also to those who do not usually drink alcohol.
Shuho Iwaizumi
"Shuho Iwaizumi" is a brand with transparency like water, born from the rich nature of Oku-Daisen. Natural water filtered over a long period by the primeval beech forest is used for brewing water. It is super soft water with a hardness of about 20, which is one of the best in Japan. The taste woven by this water and high-quality sake rice grown locally is very smooth when put in the mouth, and the aftertaste is endlessly pure. It is not flashy, but it is healing sake that you do not get tired of drinking and gently permeates your heart.
IKU'S
"IKU'S" is a new brand with the concept of "Brewing, New, Interesting" by Inata Honten, which has a 350-year history. From the desire to "make sake more free," they realized an easy-to-drink taste utilizing the sweetness of rice with low alcohol. Minimal and sophisticated design naturally blends into modern lifestyles. It is an innovative series proposing new ways to enjoy sake, embodying the spirit of the brewery of "Try it first."
