Named after Oda Nobunaga, who based himself at Gifu Castle (Mt. Kinka) and proclaimed "Tenka Fubu," it is developed as specific designation sakes such as Daiginjo and Junmai Daiginjo. Brewed using the subsoil water of the Nagara River in the stable environment of the underground cellar, it is a brand embodying the history and pride of Gifu.
