硬度0.2の超軟水「神水」によって生み出される圧倒されるほどの柔らかな味わいが特徴です。
愛知県産「夢山水」を主体に使用し、農薬・化学肥料を使用しない自社栽培米も使用しています。
ミネラル助剤の添加をやめ、超軟水と向き合い、配合・仕込み温度・醪品温管理で対応することで、よりキレイで雑味の無い軟水らしいお酒に仕上げています。
