It is a rare brewery specializing in Nigori sake (cloudy sake), with 90% of its production being Nigori sake. The representative brand "Shirakawago Junmai Nigori Sake" is a nationally known Nigori sake brand, developing diverse Nigori sake products such as Junmai Nigori Sake, Sasa Nigori, and Nama Nigori Sake. "Baron Tesshin" is a small-batch clear sake (Seishu) line named after Tesshin Ohara, a senior retainer of the Ogaki domain, including Daiginjo "Tesshin" and Duke Tesshin (Tokubetsu Honjozo).
