With the motto "Brewing the Yano style flexibly without bias," it handles a wide range of sake from Kimoto brewing to sake using selected yeasts, aiming for a "gentle flavor that accompanies meals and delivers richness." Located a 5-minute walk from JR Hizen-Kashima Station along the Nagasaki Kaido road, the brewery building, which is over 100 years old, is registered as a Tangible Cultural Property. Its representative brands are "Takenosono", "Hizen Kuragokoro", and "Kaze no Neiro".
