They brew the rich blessings of the "Kiso Sansen" (Three Kiso Rivers: Kiso, Nagara, and Ibi) that moisten the Nobi Plain, infusing them into "Yamada Nishiki," the king of sake rice, and local Aichi "Yumegingah."
