Hayashi Ryuhei Shuzojo

Hayashi Ryuhei Shuzojo is a sake brewery located in Miyako-machi, Kyoto-gun, Fukuoka Prefecture, brewing sake utilizing the nature and climate of the Keichiku region.
Using underground water from Mt. Hikosan and locally grown sake rice, the sake is carefully brewed by traditional handmade methods, strongly reflecting the individuality of the region. The flagship brand "Kusugiku" (Kyushu Kiku) is a traditional brand representing the brewery, "Genjiinomori" is a brand imaging the local nature, and "Zanshin" is a brand expressing the spirit of martial arts.
Through diverse brand development, they practice sake brewing that creates new value while protecting tradition. Close to the food culture of the Keichiku region, they continue to provide sake loved locally.
