Endo Shuzo Jo

Endo Shuzo Jo is a brewery located in the Tsunoshima-cho Nishinoura district of Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, utilizing the climate of a port town facing the Seto Inland Sea and groundwater from the Takahashi River system.
Using Okayama-grown brewing-suitable rice and inheriting the traditional techniques of the Bitchu Toji, they brew locally rooted sake.
The flagship brand "Takara Fuji" is cherished locally as a brand expressing the dignity and auspiciousness of Mount Fuji, a mountain of treasures.
