It won the Platinum Prize at "KURA MASTER" held in France in 2018, and its high quality was internationally recognized. It is a rare brand with limited distribution.

Hida no Karakan
飛騨乃辛燗"Hida no Karakan" is an abbreviation for "Hida's Dry Warmed Sake" and is a brand developed exclusively for warmed sake. Using Hidahomare with a polishing ratio of 60%, it is finished as a rich and sharp dry sake with a Sake Meter Value of +7 (very dry) and acidity of 1.8. From lukewarm to hot, warming it expands the umami of the rice, making it an excellent match for food.
Himuro
