Nikitatsu

"Nikitatsu" is the flagship brand of Minakuchi Shuzo, named after the historical event of Nikitatsu composed in the Man'yoshu. Using the characters for "benevolence (Jin)," "joy (Ki)," "many (Ta)," and "port (Tsu)," it contains the wish to be an existence like a port where people's joy gathers in abundance.
