Maboroshi no Shiro
幻の城"Maboroshi no Shiro (Phantom Castle)" is a romantic brand named after the visionary appearance of Iwamura Castle floating in the fog. Iwamura Castle, one of Japan's three major mountain castles, was built on the summit of a mountain at an altitude of 717 meters, and was also called "Kirigajo (Fog Castle)" because of the climate where fog easily occurs. It is characterized by a light and profound taste imaging its mysterious beauty.
Ena no Homare
ゑなのほまれ"Ena no Homare" is a traditional brand that Iwamura Brewery has cherished since its founding. Taikobo
太公望"Taikobo" was the representative brand of Marutaya Shuzo, named after the sage Taikobo Ryosho (Lu Shang) of the Zhou Dynasty in China. It is an auspicious name also known as a synonym for anglers, from the historical fact that Taikobo hung a fishing line and waited for the time. It is a phantom sake that was once familiar to the people of Nakatsugawa but can no longer be tasted.
