"Onozakura" is a brand named after the beautiful row of cherry blossom trees in the local place name "Onozawa." For the raw rice, it uses 100% locally produced "Hidahomare" grown by the brewery family themselves. It is a Junmai sake with a plump and gentle taste, where the umami of the rice is fully brought out, created by consistently performing everything from rice cultivation to sake brewing.
