Gecchuten is a main brand of Junmai series released by Nishino Kinryo, characterized by an elegant name meaning 'Heaven (Paradise) in a Sake Cup' derived from a verse by the Chinese poet Li Bai.
It contains the wish that people enjoy the sake in the cup just like admiring the moon floating in the sky. Using 100% sake rice from Kagawa Prefecture, they focus on maximizing the umami of rice.
