Hatsuyukihai

"Hatsuyukihai" is the flagship brand of Kyowa Shuzo, crowned with an elegant name reflecting the scene of the first snow dancing on a sake cup on a winter morning looking at the Ishizuchi mountain range in the distance. Since its founding, it has walked along with the history of the brewery.
Brewed with traditional methods sparing no time and effort, such as old-fashioned Funa-shibori (pressing in a tank), the sake has no off-flavors and condenses the original umami and aroma of rice. It features an elegant flavor that is pure like the first snow and quietly fills the drinker's heart.
