約10年前に醸造を停止し、現在は当時醸造した原酒をタンクで5℃管理しながら瓶詰めして販売している希少な銘柄です。
かつて銘酒「磯自慢」の蔵で長年杜氏を務めた清川浩幸氏が醸した純米酒で、熟成により地元の方言で「あまもっくり」と呼ばれるまろやかな旨味が育まれています。
色の変化はあるものの、時間をかけて醸成された深い味わいが特徴で、長年の取引がある酒販店のみに販売される入手困難な酒です。
