It is marked by white-walled earthen storehouses that blend into the streets of Tsuwano. With the wish to be "a gorgeous sake that gushes out like a spring," successive owners have strived for sake brewing. Using high-quality groundwater gushing on the premises, they develop sake brewing that fuses traditional skills and new sensibilities. It is a brewery representing Tsuwano, popular with tourists as well.
