Shochikubai Sake Brewing is a historical brewery in Nishinomiya-go of Nada-Gogo, located in Nishinomiya City.
Founded by Shinjiro Inoue in 1884, it was initially known for brands such as "Eiko" and "Kikyo Masamune".
The company name "Shochikubai" (Pine, Bamboo, Plum) is derived from the "Three Friends of Winter" in China, and was adopted as the shop name by the founder in gratitude for his friend's support.
After the war, the "Shochikubai" brand remained with Takara Shuzo, and Shochikubai Sake Brewing restarted with a new brand called "Nadaichi".
Characterized by a refreshing taste that goes well with any dish, it continues to provide high-quality sake worthy of the name of Nada.
