"Yamasan Shuzo" is a brewery founded in 1867 (Keio 3), located in Ueda City, a place associated with the Sanada clan.
Under the spirit of "Uruhashi" (Beautiful/Elegant), they carefully brew sake in small batches using underflow water polished over many years from the snowmelt of Mt. Dokko.
Although it was temporarily suspended, it has been revived by a young brewery owner Toji of the next generation and has started to walk a new history.
