Kosaka Shuzo

Kosaka Shuzo is a brewery located in Akaiwa City, Okayama Prefecture, practicing brewing that utilizes the rich natural environment of the Akaiwa region, known as the birthplace of Omachi rice, and the groundwater of the Yoshii River system.
Primarily using Okayama's premium "Omachi rice" and inheriting the traditional techniques of the Bitchu Toji, they engage in quality-oriented sake brewing deeply rooted in the community.
Their flagship brand, "Tsurunoike," is cherished locally as a label that expresses the tradition and nature of the Akaiwa region.
